You forward an enquiry mailbox (info@, bookings@) to the agent. It reads the email, strips the quoted history, drafts a reply from your FAQs and sends it from your own domain so it looks like it came from you. Complaints, cancellations, refunds and anything legal route to a person automatically, and you can keep every reply in "approve before sending" mode until you trust it.
SMS and WhatsApp
Texts to your ParlioTec number and WhatsApp messages land in one inbox and get the same treatment — short, helpful replies, booking or payment links, or a hand-over. WhatsApp uses approved templates for anything you start, as Meta requires.
Website chat
A small widget on your site answers visitors' questions, collects details and can even let the visitor talk out loud in the browser. Hand-over to your team, with a note of what was asked, when it's needed.
What's different on text channels
Not much: the agent checks the live diary and books appointments in writing just as it does on a call, or shares your booking link if you prefer one. Each channel is its own conversation — the agent doesn't claim to remember a caller's email history on the phone.
- Same FAQs, prices and tone everywhere
- Per-channel rules: auto-reply, approve first, or always a person
- One inbox for your team to see everything
Common questions
Do I need a new email address?
No — you forward your existing mailbox. Replies come from your domain once you add two DNS records.
Will it reply to spam or newsletters?
No — it only replies to genuine enquiries and ignores bulk, automated and out-of-office mail.
How many mailboxes can I connect?
Depends on plan: one on Starter, more on Growth and Scale.
